I "thought" I seen some one selling beef patties  made with beef brisket (on QVC.)anyone ever make patties from brisket

Hello.  If you are are talking about burger patties   Brisket doesn't make a great burger.  Mix brisket with short ribs and chuck.  Just my opinion.  Keep Smokin!

I bought a couple of whole packers a while back when they were $1.67lb and ground them up. They make great burgers and meatloaf. I will do it again if I catch them for the right price.

I seen add for boneless Brisket for 2.28 lb. I have been making my own ground beef for some time, I try to find a good buy on beef like $3.00 or less.  Thanks for your response.
