Got a question for everyone,I plan on wrapping my brisket in paper when it gets up to temp,my question is when I let it rest should I wrap it in foil when I put it in the cooler or leave it in the paper wrapped in towels
I have a couple of towels specifically for warming brisket in my cooler ;)Depends on how severly your Mrs or Laundry Person is going to beat you when they see the greasy stained towels!
I had a foil pan that I put the brisket in after I wrapped it with foil , put some old towels on top it was still very warm 4.5 hours later when we served it!
