How many people would a 10lb brisket typically feed?

With 30% loss, leaves you 7 lbs at a 1/3 lb portion (with sides) = 21 servings.
Now thats for catering, if your feeding friends and family i'd go 1/2 lb portions.

I usually figure 15-16 people per brisket.

It would feed me and two others , I think.
