I just checked Kroger's add for next week, which starts tomorrow here, and they'll have USDA Choice briskets for $2.99/lb.

A couple other items of interest are their store brand 3 lb. pack of thick sliced bacon for $14.97 each ($4.99/lb.)...

They're also having a 20% off sale on wine when you buy at least 12 bottles. I have bought wine from there before and if I buy what's on sale, I can get 12 bottles of decent wine for less than $100...

I wonder how much "partial" wings are?
The "whole" thing slays me. Last week at Meijer they had "whole" brisket in the case. They had "whole" flats and "whole" points....
Next they'll be advertising "boneless" ground meat.

Too funny, Was in Dirty Myrtle beach this weekend and went into the neighborhood walmart, they had wings for $2.99 a lb. Seriously thought about getting a cooler and bringing a few pounds home.

Hope that brisket price translates to the PNW.
Sometimes I see an outrageous price on meat on "sale" in a circular, and I think they should be ashamed to be advertising it at that price.
