I smoked a pair of briskets last night and they finished at 203° internal temperature about 3:00 in the morning. I put them in an oven that was off to rest down to 150°, planning on turning the oven on at that point to keep them warm. Sometime in the night my wireless meat thermometer battery died and I didn't wake up until 7:00. At 7:00 the internal temperature was 128°. My question is is this safe sitting in the danger zone? We're having a house full of company tonight will it be okay?

I'd say yes they're safe to eat. The temp drop is gradual not a sudden drop.
