Brisket question

I know there are a lot of factor but how much waste do you have in a full brisket?  A 12lb full brisket will feed how many people?

Typically you will loose up to 30% on a brisket, depending on how much you trim. A 12# brisket should* feed 25 with 4" bun ( 1/3#)  and 33 with a 3" bun (1/4#), this is with out alcohol involved . that's what i figure straight through man woman child.
