So I put a brisket on and it was going for about 4 hours and lost my heat don't know what temp it was and it was off heat for about 30 minutes.

When I realized the problem I thru it on another grill to get it back going and then back in smoker when I checked the temp at that point it was 144
No injection just rub

I'm I going to be okay or did this just turn into a practice run?

Any advise is appreciated

Pulled At 11 hours and 198 temp toothpick went in smooth through out the brisket
Wrapped and in cooler

Nice save, that looks juicy and cooked to perfection.

Point for sure.
