Brisket I smoked yesterday

Here is a couple of pics of the brisket I smoked yesterday. It was an 11-lb packer. I also made a batch of beans today, and the wife made devilled eggs. These are the only pics I got, sorry. I barely got these. Didn'y get any pics of the ABTs, they were good though.

Yum Yum! The last brisket I did (Super Sunday) I only got 5 pieces of it. That really looks good. Thanks for sharing Chris.
