All you guys were right. I thought Weber wouldn't come through but they did. My lid was bent and two of the three leg welds were cracked off. I called Monday and a new lid and bowl arrived today. I have to reuse all the other parts but they weren't damaged. Wow, what customer service.
I wouldn't have called if not for this forum.
