I just wanted to share this juicy brisket with you all. Well the photos at least:)o_O;)

It was a 9.5 lb one I got at Target for 2.99 a lb. Smoking time was about 10hours @ 235. Used pecan wood, I think it took longer because I was opening to spray ribs I was making at the same time. Enjoy!!

I should also mention I'm at a high altitude at about mid 6000ft range. I feel like this affects smoking time too
