Got about 12# of brisky going in soon will toss a full rack of spares on later. Using cherry and pecan for the smoke in the WSM.
 


Here's a pic of the spares rubbed with Sweet rub o mine a touch of seasoned salt and some dehydrated onion.:drool

Thanks! Planning on some brisket for lunch and burnt ends for dinner another day then Sammies and ribs for lunch during the week!
 
 
No pictures this time.  My wife pokes fun at me ever time, I take pictures of smoke
If she makes fun of you taking the pictures you make her take the pictures.... and tell her if she doesn't she won't get any of the good smoked food!

..... or say that in your head (like I did to my wife) and just take the pictures yourself.... lol.
 
Did burnt ends with cheesy taters tonight. Not bad for putting them in the oven not enough time to smoke them tonight.
