I've got my first all nighter going right now. Currently four hours into a 12.5 lb seared brisket and a 9 lb Boston butt. Been takin pics along the way, will post the qview when I can. I have to get the cord for the camera....blah ....blah. I expect to take the meat off the smoker around 10:00 or 12:00 Saturday morning. It's hot outside. Things are going sweet. Any bets on whether or not there's a stall tonight?
