WOW-O-WOW-O-WOW!!! I haven't tackled a brisket, yet, but I think I'm getting close to taking on the challenge. I only hope it comes out half as good as yours did. I can taste it from here!!!
You totally nailed it. Nice job. The perfect slicing of the brisket tells the tale even better than you described it. If there is room for improvement, I don't see it.
