Brinkmann TMLE with Horizon convection plate?

I have read about people on here getting Horizon convection plates, but I have not read one person comment on how well they work with the Brinkmann TMLE. So if you have one please comment on them and show some pictures. I am thinking about getting one, just want to hear how they are first and which size.
