There are a lot of great threads and good advice on brisket on here. Just use the search bar at the top.

Would you do us a favor and update your profile to include your location, Thanks!

Hello! As Dave mentioned you can use the search bar at the top of the page of go to the Beef Sub forum.

Would you mind stopping by Roll Call so we can give you a proper SMF welcome and please update your profile with your location, so we know what part of the world you are smoking in?

Thanks

Thank you - I will - just learning how to navigate through here.  I didn't see any that are particular to my smoker - that is really what I am looking for.

Hello , ilovesmokingmeat..., before going and spending a lot on a "Packer Brisket" , do a few more Chickens and some Pork Butts. Brisket is so much more involved and costly as it ups the "Anxiety factor" when trying not to mess it up...

A few Butts, Fatties , Chicken and such , will improve your skills to the 'Brisky' level in no time...

Have fun and practice ,practice , practice... oh, and...
