Thinking starting the brine late Saturday night till around noon Sunday then will give me aprox 5 hrs cook time if needed this will be the first brining for me
You can also prick the chicken all over with some skewer or small corn cob holder or something.. make prick marks everywhere for brine to penetrate the skin.
Hadn’t thought about that was going to inject some of the brine wonder how injecting the turkey with franks red hot and butter or will the brine mess with that
