Any of you guys in OK ever had Wilson's BBQ in Tulsa. I don't think they're as good as they used to be but when Mr Wilson was still around they were my favorite ribs ever.

I'm still trying to figure out where their flavor came from. They seemed like they had little or no rub but had a great sweet/salty flavor.

Is it possible they use a brine or some other kind of liquid for flavor?
