Needed to reset the taste buds from turkey and gravy……
So some simple GR creamy eggs, links, caps, @ seared maters over wheat toast!!
This takes about 8 mins tops to pull off, the caps, links, and mater all go in a small fry pan on mid heat and a bit of oil….. then the eggs are stirred on and off the heat with butter and then finished with crème fraich and GO, S&P….. the eggs go over butter pan toasted wheat….
