Did up some johnsonvilles! Paired pretty good with some seasoned fries from the air fryer! Onions and peppers to taste!

I love grilled brats.
I give them some good marks and foil wrap to finish in the fat.
Wife prefers them on the flat top to grill with sauerkraut. That is a flavor experience.
Haven't had Newcastle in years

Ive dabbled a little on blackstone with them. Sometimes plain, sometimes with onions and once with sauerkraut. I probably prefer the grill with the onions and peppers wrapped in foil off to the side........just like this cook:emoji_laughing: I havent had newcastle in years either! I couldnt find it anywhere, so I had a buddy of mine that runs a small grocery store order me case! I prefer it on tap, but still tasty!

Now that's my kind of meal right there!! Nothing about that not to love. Maybe we will get lucky and be paired up for the Christmas exchange. I'll send you some of my hybrid brats I started doing not long ago. Man oh man are those good!!
