The first year has been documented here pretty well,by no means every cook,but a good cross section though.I shall continue to update!
 
I need to get around to the solid disc mod you did . I did put wheels on mine . Took alot of adjusting to get it right . Changed the lid therm , even though the stock one was good . Fastened the grate to the ring with ss clips .
Really runs good on the RO .

You should do the plate man,it really does work great.Unfortunately it is a bit bigger than "scrap" that you need to cut it out of.
