I just posted in the SV forum a ribeye I did yesterday using that exact machine . They work great and that is a very good price .

You might think it's crazy but I use my SV machine all the time. Not to smoke meat but absolutely to reheat it. I have brought vacuum sealed (or ziploc bagged) pulled pork, brisket and ribs to work from weekend cooks and served my entire office without having to worry about the meat drying or using any sauce or liquid to heat. The SV machines heat to a perfect temp and warm thru while not recooking.. they are also great for this not only cooking.
