Bradley/Smoked Chicken[s] Q-View

Did these with 1 1/2 hrs of apple/maple pucks, took about 4hrs total cook time ...they were the freakin bomb. Yah I know my camera's date thingy needs some attention

LOL....man I wish I could solve your Bradley issue .....It really sucks you have too even do anything to a new smoker but use it.

The IT temp was 160, wrapped in foil/towel/cooler for about 45 min's
