Your a couple months late on my birthday. But to be fair - I'll just take one rack since its past. LOL
Those were some really good looking ribs. What was your favorite? And if you don't say all 3. Your 10 year old needs to smack you. LOL. Is the spicy maple rub store bought or do you make it?

Haha. :) Thanks. I liked all three. The maple rub is something store bought. It's private labeled for the store. Rub is made somewhere in SC I think.

Very Nice Ribs!!:)
Like.
Beef Ribs are my All-Time Favorite!!

They make awesome Bear Bait!

Bear

Thank you, Bear. This was my third time doing beef ribs. I used your step by steps as a guide while I'm still a greenhorn. :)

Looks great! Care to share the maple honey rub?

Thanks Markh024. The maple honey rub is something I bought in a small mom & pops supermarket near me. They have it private labeled by a place in SC I think.

The ribs look great, makes me want to smoke some , what IT did you pull them at

Thank you, Gwanger. They are my favorite over baby backs/pork. I pulled them at 198 and put them on a hot grill for about 15-20 minutes in an attempt to get some more crispiness on the bark. I hadn't done it before so I figured I'd give a try. Seemed to work.

That's a whole heap of rib-goodness right there.

Point for sure.

Chris

Thanks, Chris. It was the largest amount of ribs I'd done. The MES 40 did a good job handling the task.
