- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons bourbon
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon grated peeled fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Marinade in the fridege 2 hours

Med - high hear 4 min a side


Take Salmon off
Pour in left over marinade and reduce... Remember this is flammable....
