Had the neighborhood guys over last night for Bourbon and Wings. cooked 15 pounds of GFS Jumbo Wings with Jammin' Jalapeno sauce and a homemade Honey Hot Sauce. Turned out great!

Looks great! The bar is very impressive. If you want you can upload pictures directly. And forgo photo puke and their stupid water mark.

I'll take a pass on the bourbon, but definitely pass me some wings.

Point for sure
Chris

Your wings as good as your bar! Never tried bourbon sauce though.... Must be good. Can you share your sauce recipe?
By the way, that second bottle from the far end is around 74% in alcohol... Bought it about a year ago and still 2/3 full.... little bit to strong and harsh for me to sip. Like for the wings!!

Yeah that Booker's will knock you on your butt quickly if you don't pay attention to the label. Learned that one the hard way a few months back. I did not put any bourbon in the sauce. I had a commercial sauce (Jammin Jalapeno from Buffalo Wild Wings) and a homemade honey hot sauce made with Franks Red Hot/Clover Honey/Butter/Red Wine Vinegar.
