Bought A Small Charcoal BBQ From Amazon

I have propane BBQ's, electric smokers and a Pit Barrow Smoker but wanted something small for a one man BBQ. I enjoy my steak over charcoal. Better flavor in my opinion. So I saw this one on Amazon and got it the other day. Yesterday I broke it in with a steak and baked potato. Made a fast salad and supper was ready. Works great. Easy to control the temps with the adjustable flapper. Nice little carring case comes with it.

In a pinch, you can sear a steak by placing a small grill over a charcoal starter. Works really well.

Yes for sure. What I like about this one is I can use wood to cook on if I'm out of charcoal or out ice fishing and want to cook up something in a frying pan. The carring bag makes it very handy which has room for a camping pot kit.

The carrying bag is a nice selling point for me. Just might have to pick one up for when my buddies and I go night fishing!

A great weekend here as we sure could use it. Very cold spring, then day after day rainstorms. Now some hot sunny days Good day to BBQ Got the mini going and had me a steak, & tin foiled fried mushroons for the steak, baked potato & cauliflower for dinner tonight. Great little BBQ for the price.
