There are two cuts of meat on sale this week, top round or bottom round. We are having a 200+ person party that I thought I would do some sliced beef, and pulled chicken sammies. Which cut would be easier/better? Advantages, Disadvantages? I like the idea of a quick smoke, for both the chicken and the beef, I don't think I wanna do the Brisket thing for this party as I actually wanna enjoy myself, and I think a brisket smoke for 200 people would just stress me out. Any advice would be greatly apprieciated!

That lot of people to cook for !
I have done both . Like the top round better but they both was good

Good thread, I'm also interested in hearing more info on this as I see both cuts, frequently.
