i put a 6 pounder on at four this morning at 230 degrees and at noon it hit ready. we are not eating til about five. should i go ahead and pull it or wrap and let it rest for a few hours?? I got it wrapped right now. your thoughts would be appreciated...

wrap again and put it in a cooler with some old towels packed around it.. it will stay hot until your ready for it...
 
Must have been a thin one. Mine have been taking 10-11 hours to get to 205. It will pry still be hot around 5. Wrap I up good. Do U take theM up to 212?

no, i take it off at 200. just set on 212 to keep the alarm from going off at 165.....
