Boneless skinless thighs

Looks great. I will be doing the same today! Though I think I'll grill vs. smoke.

We had a hell of a time finding boneless thighs today. Publix and BJs were both fresh out of the boneless. Found some at target. Crazy times!

We love the Boneless, Skinless Thighs, and get them when they're at $2.49 or $2.99 a pound. They're such a pleasure to eat without bones.
I haven't bought the expensive bones they call wings, for Years!!

Thanks Bear! Yea we love boneless thighs. We normally only do wings a couple times a year. Especially with how expensive they are now. The best ones I everyday came out of my MES. I was having a 50th anniversary party for my grandparents. They took forever for some reason so they got done long after we ate quarters and porkchops. I tasted one of them and they were amazing. Then proceeded to have one too many and ended up leaving them on the counter all night. Found them the next morning and had to toss them out! Been thinking about those things ever since that happened!

I found those thighs when I was organizing the deep freezer. Had them since last spring so figured I'd use em up
