I bought 2 roast from Costco yesterday. They were wrapped in selophane on the styrofome plate. I am not smoking till Christmas eve. I was told to take out and wrap in cheesecloth on rack in a pan will this work. I hope I didn't just throw money down the drain. I don't have a separate dry aging fridge so it is in my regular fridge. It is only 6 days. Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately 6 days will do nothing for you in the dry ageing dept.If you look it up,the process doesn't begin until ~ 24 days.

I seen Alton brown put a steak in the fridge for couple days and said it makes it better.

Bear,
Do you find times are pretty close to the same for prime rib regardless of the size? I'll be doing a bout a 10lber on Christmas and want to make sure I have enough time to get it cooked.

Also, are you able to get good bark at 220 degrees???

The thing that matters for timing of Hunks of meat like Prime Rib is the thickness.
So if you Smoke a 5 Pounder or a 15 Pounder, they should be close to the same amount of time.
The 15 pounder might take a half hour or so longer because of the initial shock to your smoker when you put a big cold piece of meat in there, but once it starts warming up, that will be over.
So if a 5 pounder takes 5 hours, a 15 pounder might take 5 1/2 to 6 hours total.

Below is my Calendar of a Bunch of Smoked Prime Ribs I did at about 220° Smoker Temp to a finished IT of 137° to 142°.
And the other link is one I did @ 220° with a better look at the finished Bark in the Pics:
