I bought my butts for pulled pork at Costco and noted they were boneless. all my previous butts were bone in. So tonight in prep for tomorrow i am planning to trim and rub.
I have a two pack of boneless butts weighing in at 15lb total.

- when I open the cryo bag are these going to be "cut up" like and be all "falling apart"?
- Cook the same as bone in?
- Any variation I should plan on or change my plan for?
