Im from Willoughby, Ohio, I'm retired from local 120 pipefitters in Cleveland, and now Im able to enjoy what little is left of my life. I use Cottonwood to do my smoking, its mild, smokes for ever and very abundant. Alaskan's use Black Cottenwood to smoke. I don't like mesquite. i hope to get and give advice about smoking. Later Gators!
