Blue/ white barrels??

Found a line on some barrels....no idea what they were used for.  They are blue outside and white paint inside, Has anyone used these?  I assume they've been used for hydraulic fluid or something. 

The white paint should burn out i assume?

Not sure what they were used for so I would make sure you do a good burnout and cleaning and you should be good.

Thanks Chief... ex bubble head here.   I did see a video on someone burning theirs out and sanding the inside/out, so i figure that's the way to go.
