Just skinned a #9 bone in picnic to smoke up for Mom(she loves pulled pork) and wrapped up a big gob of skin w/some fat on it and tossed it in the fridge. What should I do with it?
I was thinking about smoking it up for my dog,but I don't really know what to do with it.Any hints??

BTW I'm gonna smoke it on a CGSP/SFB with Royal Oak lump.

Thanks for all the help!I'll try to post some Q view tomorrow, gonna smoke that shoulder, some lil'smokies and lamb breast thing(looks like ribs)and some pig candy.....whew!!!!

if ya soak that skin in beer, worchy, cayenne, bay leaf, & garlic for 3 days- cold smoke it, wet freeze it for 3 days, then deep fry @ 350-375 until it floats, sprinkle w/ seasalt & powdered shrimp shell on a brown paper bag & bag it in brown paper for a couple days before serving... thats the coonass way & i "guarontee..." and like i said if it's too hard - grind it & add to cornbread or stuffing or use w/ crushed saltines or soda crackers as fish meal.

see if ya ever get my corn mash recipe dude.....lol i actually called this 1 in to uncle ed in morgan city ,la. he's only been doing it fer 40 plus years....now if i could ever get it right. i think to get it just right it has to be nutra rat oil....
