Big wat up! from the gulf coast

Greetings everyone, glad to finally be a part of this wealth of information and be surrounded by others with the same love of smoked meat. I'm from Galveston county in southeast Texas, and I've only been smoking for about 2 years now on my custom built "baby storage tank", I'll post a pic of it soon so all will know what I'm talking about. Making plans to build me another, but this one will be a vertical cabinet smoker with an offset firebox. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Once again, thanks for having me!
