I'm planning to get a BSK but I want to know if any one has built a wood cart for theirs similar to the carts everyone builds for the BGE?
Is the outside hotter or cooler than the BGE?
I assume that the BSK could be bolted down using the mounts from the factory legs.

Steel won't insulate you from the heat like ceramics will.  Steel keg, steel cart.

The Big Steel Keg has insulation between two steel layers. You can get the Keg up to 800 degrees and the outside will barely be warm. You can also do low and slow on it with very little lump charcoal.

I have the Broil King Keg which is the latest Keg version. It has wheels on it, so it's a cinch to move around. Not to hijack the thread, but I'm selling my 3 month old Keg for probably less than a new Big Steel Keg will cost you. I also use a Big Green Egg plate setter in mine for indirect smoking

Sorry for the cheap plug!
