Hello. I finialy decided to jump back into business doing bbq catering. So I bought myself a nice boat trailer and several tanks to play with. At this point I have stripped the frame down. I have welded on two levelers and I have leveled it out. Starting to build the back lower section that will hold one 275 gallon tank up in end. This tank will be my firebox and Warmer. I am also posting a mock up photo to give you a loose idea of what I'm going. Thanks

This is the mock up. I also cut the lights off so they can later be moved.In their place I welded on a leveler on each side.

Here it is in my barn. Leveled out. Then I tack welded on the basic rear frame support for the back firebox/warmer tank
