Jalapeno Hot Sauce

Stuff:

Oil (I like Olive Oil)

10 Large Jalapenos (Not much use if they aren't hot)

6 or more cloves of garlic sliced

1/4 cup or so onion choped up

big pinch of salt

1 cup water

1/2 cup white vinegar

Making the mess:

Put everthing besides the water and vinegar in a saute pan that

that won't react to the acids and saute for 4 to 5 minutes. Add

the water and simmer for 20 minutes. Let cool.

Process in a food processor till smooth. Once smooth add vinegar

slowly.

Will keep for 6 months in the fridge.

It looks funky but funky ain't all bad!

Sounds great, I want to try it with habs.
