Big Easy Roast Beef

Had a small beef roast to cook up for dinner. Decided to use my big easy cooker for the job. Looked on the charbroil site for recommended times. Basically 1 hour and 30 minutes to take it to 145 IT. Set my new INKBIRD Wireless Meat Thermometer for Grilling that you guys twisted my arm to buy to 135F IT.
It took exactly 1 hour and 30 minutes with outside temps at 27°F to reach the internal temp.
Let it tent for 15 minutes which brought the IT up to 145F. A little higher then what I wanted but close enough. Used a dry BBQ rub on it from the store.

No idea about the cooker you used, but the end result looks good from here!
They were pretty popular on another forum I had belonged to years ago. Guys were doing all kinds of mods to them.
I like bringing out camping as it pretty small and I always have a propane tank handly when out camping. Also does a great job on chicken and turkeys.
