Big Easy Operating Temp

My Big Easy fryer does not appear to heat up as it should. The flames do not appear to be that big & adding additional cooking time does not help that much. Has anyone measured the cooking temp of their Big Easy? Would like to know how mine compares. I suspect the regulator is malfunctioning.

Not completely sure of your problem but I think the best solution would be to call customer service and run it by them. I'm sure they would be happy to solve the problem.

I never had that issue with mine.
