Big Block

Just curious if anyone can tell me anything about the Great Outdoors "BIG BLOCK". Gonna get a stick burner in the spring, but I want to go ahead and get a good smoker until then. Plus I'll have a backup.

Well, the big block GOSM is quite popular for a gasser. It's easy to operate, good capacity, and doesn't need much in the way of mods. Depending on where you live, some folks have temp problems. I know the manufacturer had gone under, but there are a few places that may have some in stock. You'll have to check on where it's available. Good luck, and if you can't find one... go for the stick burner.
