Those tacos look really good. I think you could open up a stand and sell them.

Like using lol devil pellets too. Been through a couple of bags of them so far.

Ksblaser, thanks! the taco stand was open today and it “sold” quite a few of them. And I have the impression it’s going to be a good couple of days too!

I have used this “quick” technique many times and it always comes out yummy and “on time”!

FYI - Ive gone through more than 40 bags of them over the past few years....I recently tried some “premium” brand and got tired of coming out and find the whole fire box full of pellets and the cook is bust it happened to my wife one too many times so I went back and I’m happy cause my grill likes them....The price is a huge plus especially since pellets melt like snow balls in summer at my house.. but not so much since I built my stick pit.
