It's funny how different things clean up:
When I used to make countertops, for my Kitchens, I gave them all a good cleaning with Lacquer Thinner, before delivering. That removed all the excess Commercial grade Contact Cement, and other strong things.
However if anybody did any figuring on it with pencil, you had to get out the good old soap & water.
