I have researched the best single serve coffee makers for the past few days because I want a convenient option for daily use. I’ve read reviews on The New York Times (Wirecutter), Consumer Reports, and Popular Mechanics, and they consistently rate these two models as top choices:

Ninja | Coffee Maker | Single Serve
https://www.amazon.com/Ninja-PB051-Specialty-Single-Serve-Compatible/dp/B0C25Y15TL/?th=1

Keurig K-Express Single Serve Coffee Maker
https://www.amazon.com/Keurig-K-Express-Coffee-Single-Brewer/dp/B09715G57M/?th=1

However, I am having trouble deciding which one would best suit my needs and could really use some expert advice. I mainly drink coffee every morning, occasionally enjoy espresso-based drinks, and value good flavor, quick brewing time, and ease of cleaning. I usually brew 1–2 cups a day and do not need anything too large or complicated.

So which one would you recommend for everyday home use? If you have experience with either machine or other suggestions for a great single serve coffee maker, I’d really appreciate your input.

Thanks in advance!

Well, on the surface the ninja has a lot more gadgets, like the frother etc. Im a bit simplistic with coffee, from a simplicity stand point the Keurig is simple. I have an external frother that works great, so a smaller foot print on the counter is a bonus.

My opinion

I don't drink coffee but the wife has the Keurig and makes 2 cups everyday and likes it.

Like pineywoods pineywoods I too don't drink coffee but the wife does.

Over the years she has gone through 2 Keurigs and got about 3 years out of both,at that point she simply gave up on coffee machines altogether and went old school with a pecolator and a french press but it's the percolator that gets the daily use.

But if I had to choose I'd go with the Ninja as we've had nothing but excellent results with their products.

Bialetti moka pot. 3 cup size. Almost espresso strength. So simple and nothing goes into the landfill.
