Best Burger or at least one of the best I have ever had. I decided to try something different. I did not measure but will try and reproduce the recipe.

2 pounds ground beef (I used my own ground eye round)

3/4 pound bacon chopped fine,

1 - 1 1/4 pound pulled pork chopped fine,

1 tbsp minced garlic,

1 tsp onion powder,

some hamburger grill mates seasoning (maybe a tbsp)

salt and pepper (Maybe 1/2 to 1 tsp each)

2 handfuls of cheddar cheese.

Mix, fold, push, etc. Once worked properly place in foil and refrigerate for an hour. Make burgers, Grill em up and have the most awesome burger!!

Quite the combination...I have all the makings in the fridge now, just might try this tonight.

Thanks all and glad you enjoyed the pics.

Sound1 you will not regret it. This was amazing! Gonna be my new thing to do with leftover pulled pork. The 14 year old is a very picky eater and he ate 2 of them and asked if he could have a third. I told him he should take one to school for lunch instead and eat some veggies..
