My brother and I just brought home our new cajun injector cook-out. Digital electric smoker Saturday. Have already made three pounds of deer jerky, a 8lb Boston butt, a beautiful hot smoked salmon and just pulling out first turkey leg out now. So far so good thanks to the great info we have found on here. Surly many questions to follow. No base knowledge for smoking at all but starting out well
