Hello to all
Sure is a lot of new people, welcome you have found a great forum.
Been gone awhile learning the fine art of making my own home Brew
It's been a challenge and a lot of fun,also making Meade,Jamaican Rum,
and Cream Soda for the Grandkids.Cant wait till spring to get out the smoker and eat some of them good Ribs along with my own Beer what a life it dont get better than that.Take care

btw......i am smoking in 9* weather ALL the time........no need to wait till spring...............

tho i also make sure the smokers don't get buried in snow........nuttin a push broom can't take care of

Seems your time away was well spent. I am sure you will add a lot to our beer forum.

It will be a while before I get back into brewing beer but I am not opposed to getting into some else's
homebrew!

I don't stop smoking when it gets cold either. If I did I would only have a few months to smoke. Snow makes good insulation and a good wind break. Just blow the snow into a big pile and make a windrow with it. lol
