I've been using this forum as a good starting point for several smoking projects, and decided it was time to join to get some opinions.advice.

My project this week has been turkey snack sticks.  I have some smoked crushed jalapenos and smoke dried tomatoes that I haven't tried yet.  I also smoked some salt underneath the tomatoes that is dang tasty.
