Beefy lamb

So I did a boneless leg like I've done many times before,the standard fresh herbs rolled and tied except this guy ended tasting more like beef than lamb.

This leg was bought same time as the last one,same brand and size.

Not really complaining it just didn't have much lamb flavor.

Can't tell ya why it tasted beefy but looks perfectly cooked and delicious!

Looks great. Interesting in that allxth comes I've done have a distinctive lamb taste. Wonder if it's based on feed?

It looks awesome! I love taste of lamb but been to high around here. Here a soup made with lamb that will not taste like beef.
