Making plans to make some raw pack pressure canned beef stew.

Have some eye roast that was vac sealed and frozen 18 months ago.

Seal still intact.

Any issues?

Not with me. I use vac packed meat that is over a year old.
Pressure canning is going to kill everything if you're worried about pathogens
